Thinspo kings, I come to you seeking advice. As you can see I am a skinnyfat piece of shit. My goal is to lose fat fast and get a "tight" stomach, but, and this is important, not so fast that I get loose skin and stretchmarks. It's funny someone posted Travis from Taxi Driver before me, this is roughly my goal. What would be the best way to proceed, intermittent fasting or OMAD, something else? Also, how many fucking calories are my daily baseline? I checked out several sites and got results from 1600-2000. This is a huge margin. Also, because I fucked my shit up and essentially crippled my arms and back weight training is not possible. Not even bodyweight exercise, which is a massive hit to my morale and will to live desu since I was fairly active and toned, yet degraded into this. My stats:
25 year old male
170cm/5"7'
59kg/130lbs
Any help is greatly appreciated.
