Genuine advice coming through, get ready:

1) lose weight (eat at a calorific deficit and start running, use the couch to 5k if you're shit)

2) throw out your wardrobe. I see that mlp graphic tee. Don't buy a new wardrobe whilst losing weight, just cop cheap basics like black jeans and charcoal tees.
3) shave that neck stubble until you can produce at least stubble on your whole face
4) shave your head because you're fucking balding dude, its the only way.
5) always remember you're not ugly, just slightly chubby

this one is basically what makes me cry at night
