Do there exist any reps that offer colorways that don't exist or actually improve the quality of a watch?

I fell in love with this colorway but the built quality of the original is so terrible and from what I've seen the reps manage to even be worse. What if someone made a rep with coated stainless steel instead of the garbage plastic and used a better movement?
