Seen what's going on in news of late? Civil unrest and national insecurity is through the roof. Riots are becoming more commonplace, and it seems like another mass shooting/stabbing/bombing is right around the corner. Rome is falling, and we are dressing for the occasion.
In all seriousness terrorwave is just a niche trend that advocates comfortable clothes in neutral tones loosely styled after domestic militants. It's been gaining some instance of traction despite the different views on what the style is supposed to consist of. Some nutjobs want us to believe there was an ulterior motive to the trend surfacing, something like wanting everyone to dress this way to be a minuteman-style militant only waiting on some remote go-ahead. I've only seen that theory brought up once or twice, and while I don't believe in conspiracies I do think it's smart to dress for whats to come. With a t-wave fit I can fuck around in the local forest with buds and move to a more urban scene without having to change, I like that kind of versatility.
With that in mind it seems like terrorwave might compete with flight-core. I'm personally not a fan of bomber jackets but the spacegear shit would be cool as heck to see in person.
