/fa/ - Fashion

yo /fa/, i'm normally a /fit/izen but i may have somehow gotten a job at a clothing store in my town. they said i need to fashionable.
i've already read the sticky and it gave me some good starting points but can get a female /fa/ inspo thread going?
i live in california so it's pretty hot basically always, and i'm coming down from a bulk so i'm not stick thin atm.
also, i have a few hundred dollars to spend to get me started, so on the hierarchy of /fa/, what is the most important thing that distinguishes /fa/ grills from normal grills? aside from shoes because i'm planning on getting a nice pair of oxfords or something like pic related.
i'm planning on going shopping today, probably at forever 21, h&m, express, and some local thrifty type stores.
i'm thinking of going with what the sticky said and getting a couple of casual black dresses, some belts, a cardigan, some straight-leg jeans, etc. is that reasonable?
