No, through WhatsApp. Literally just messaged them saying the shoe I wanted and my size. I pay using PayPal. They ask for my name, address, and phone number. 2 days later they sent me pics of the shoes they would ship to me. I say they're good and that they can ship them. Got my tracking number 3 days after. Currently in transit. Its pretty straight forward man.
