"Hunger" needs to become your friend
Stop being a "Slave" to Food
Eat until you stop feeling hunger, then stop, don't keep eating because your Conscious Mind is telling you to.
This is key, don't be a "Slave" to Food.
Free Yourself from the Bonds of "Eating". Stop eating with your Conscious Mind.
Eat with your Body's Mind. Your Body knows how much Food it needs. Your Brain does not.
Your Brain is useful but also very obstructive.
Hunger is your "Friend", what do I mean by this?
The Sensation of Hunger, must become the Sensation of "Freedom".
Freedom from the Slavery of Food.
Eat what you need to eat. Eat a large variety of Foods. Enjoy the Food.
Don't eat 3 types of Food all the time, and in large quantities, because your Conscious Mind thinks You have to.
Eat a handful of Chips, Eat a few Banana Slices. Drink some Water. Eat a StrawBerry. You are "Free", you have unlimited Choices.
Stop eating in Excessive Amounts. Don't Eat Ten Donuts. Don't Eat A huge Plate of Fries. Your Body doesn't need a Huge Plate of Fries.
Stop purposely avoiding the act of EAting.
It will only lower your mood, and cause your Conscious Brain to incorrectly think it needs to eat More than the Body needed in the First Place.

The main problem with people who can't lose weight, is not how often they eat, it's how much they eat, when the eat. If you are incapable of feeling disgusted at your fat ass and belly when you feel a big wad of fat down there, then you are incapable of being thin. Because you don't want to be thin, you are fine with being fat. It all starts with a true authentic feeling of revulsion, at the sensation of feeling the actual fat folds on your body. You can come here, and say youre on this diet or that one, and that you just fasted for 80 hours, but you had to binge and you feel awful. But it's irrelevant. You can look in the mirror all you want, and curse yourself for binging, and try to hate your self for over eating, but it is also irrelevant. Until you actually start living the life of a thin person, in a controlled, joyful way, you will never be thin.
