Having a line from head to toe in the same colour always looks good, so basically, matching your base layer with your pants, and don't go barefoot in shoes, wear socks a similar colour to your pants.

If you're not into the hole "1 colour" thing, lighter colours on the top are better.

Don't be fat, lift (this doesn't mean body build yourself into fucking bulldog mode, which takes years of effort or steroids), work on your posture, which lifting helps in itself.
