Has anyone ever had any experience with Russell and Bromley? I'm thinking of copping these Chelsea boots, however now that I've seen the ones

How's the quality? I know most of R&B shoes are made in Italy/Portugal as opposed to China, and are also Goodyear Welted. Thoughts?
