This is THE absolute fucking worst, I swear. Besides some of my less obvious flaws this throws my entire face completely out of whack. I can live with a wide nose. My cleft chin doesn't bother me much. Neither does my fatty eyelids. But this huge space between my nose and my upper lip is ridiculously ugly. It makes me look like a caveman.

I've been seriously considering surgery to either shrinken my philtrum or make my cupid's bow more prominent, maybe even both. But the thought of scarring is kinda putting me off, and I don't know how much it'll cost. I may consider it more if I lose some weight and it still doesn't make a difference.

Anyone else have this problem? How do you deal with it? Do you have any tricks to fix it besides surgery?
