Anyone has any experience with Luxire, namely trousers? How are the import duties to EU? Is it better to measure your favourite pants and adjust for higher rise etc. or to measure your body?

Has anyone tried to get a higher rise pair of
RTW trousers by sizing up and taking in the waist and hemming them? (I think Ethan Wong talked about this but I can't really remember)

Are suspenders on cotton chinos okay, provided I won't let the show? I'm dropping off a pair trousers for hemming this week so I thought I'd have suspender buttons sown onto a pair or two.
