You can right click images in Google Chrome and click "Search Google for this image". Google will return a bunch of useful info on the image.

If you're not using Chrome you can always just go to google.com and drag the image into the search bar.

So in the future, before posting into a w2c thread, reverse search the image.

If pills don't work there's always cosmetic surgery where they take hair bags from the back of your head and plant them on your bald parts. It's extremely painful though afterwards, because they have to puncture your head a few hundred times (to put the hair bags in). You'll be bleeding out of your forehead for like two weeks :')

It's very effective though compared to any products but make you sure you get it done in the US, Canada or Belgium.

But is this really? I think most people on here buy clothes with their own money, that's why most of the fits you see in WAYWTs is H&M and other mall brands.
