In terms of difficulty to service? Any "grandma watch" with a small movement that's going to be in awful condition because there's hardly any waterproofing, if any.
You're gonna have hair wrapped around the crown stem (sometimes even around some wheel axles), dust and debris all over, humidity damage, possibly some cracks in the rubies too. It's tough getting anything decent out of them.
I'll take a janky complication module over a "I got this from my grandmother and it would mean a lot if it could work again" any day.
Pic wasn't too bad but you can see the kind of gradual damage that happens on these watches when you look at the bridges. They're supposed to be uniform in colour and texture and not look shitty and browned like that.
