As >>9253046 said look at the "Case Diameter" 48mm is where most Invictas start in the Oversized category. Just find watches with smaller listed case diameters to fit you. They tend to be unisex as women prefer much smaller size case diameters even with smaller wrists. Weekenders are great unisex watches and are still boss.

I got my brother this Invicta watch for Christmas, hopefully it'll hold up long enough for him. I think he liked the aesthetic and the Russian Diver history.
