with shorts? if you're a woman (they really pull it off best), spend lots of time at yacht clubs, or want to look like you have a generous trust fund, more power to you.

i've always found it to be a douchey look. preppy overload. dudes who miss wearing their boarding school uniform. but as with anything, some people can pull it off.

really think it looks best with shorter shorts than in your picture. dudes with great legs who just look effortlessly smooth. pic related.
