Nigger, I get paid as checks are collected. I get 10% of collected checks, and then my balance of commission once we finish and final profitability is established. For example, these people have paid me 600k for a deposit, and there are two outstanding milestone payments for 700k each. When I collect those in the next 21 days and 45ish days, I will get 70k each time. Once I finish and collect everything in full, we run the numbers and split the balance of the profit, which is generally another 8-12% of the contract price on top of the 10% I've already drawn out. If I we can close the Big Lots complex I've been working on before the end of October, and I can finish it before it gets to cold for the bonding adhesive to flash off...then I will crack a million by a good margin. That's a 4-4.5 milly boy right there, an I'll make roughly 20% of that total. Also, how much do YOU make, /fa/ggot? I don't know of any job where the income potential is literally limitless and tethered exclusively to your skill level and willingness to work hard as fuck.
