Currently trying out a "vintage tropic 2.0" with a Casio W-216H. The black is a little light after a couple weeks of use, compared to the duplicate I haven't worn, but this might be due to showering with the watch. The strap would probably look better on a watch that isn't "rugged-styled" like this. I would also like to note that the taper is pretty aggressive, going from 18mm to 14mm at the buckle (over 68mm), and tapering down to 10mm at the other free end of the strap (over 118mm).

As far as construction goes, I think the pin on the buckle misaligns too easily, but the rubber itself is fine. If it fails, it'll probably crack at the watch lugs first.
