Sorry to hear that anon. USF had a lot of same problems your school had but the catholic vibes, occasional-but-limited pandering to wokeism, and the general tuition costs mellowed campus activist types. It's the type of place that produces liberals but more of institutional, NGO kind which, although made student life calm, encourages a sort of uniform upper middle-class mediocracy. There's a saying that USF is for kids too smart for SF State/CCSF but too dumb for Berkeley/Stanford which is quite accurate: a campus of glass-eyed-stoners-soon-to-be-underqualified-middlemen.

A good example of this airheadedness was when I took a class on Jewish culture and some chick asked if the Ashkenazi Jews somehow were affiliated with the Nazis because they had the word 'nazi' at the end of their name. The professor herself was actually an Ashkenazi herself so needless to say she wasn't too pleased lol.
