/sig/ here, you're a doomer because you're chronically depressed because you spend all your time on the internet and have unhealthy life habits and unhealthy thought patterns which reinforce each other in a vicious cycle.

Try:
>getting 30 minutes of sunlight a day, preferably while doing cario
>do something fun with your family, go visit your grandparents
>lifting
>cutting back on substance abuse, not saying go cold turkey but identify if you're smoking weed/drinking to enhance something fun, or to drown out your thoughts
>practice meditation, positive inner speech, breathing exercises, or do stretches to improve your posture to counter stinkin' thinkin'
>sleeping at odd hours, not getting enough sleep, or sitting in bed on your phone before sleep, sleep problems are a known source of less social behavior
>join some kind of a group, even if it's just finding a buddy to lift with or go on a bike ride.
>stop listening to sad music, your brain has trained itself to get a dopamine release from being sad because it's a stimuli, it's some kind of emotion vs emptiness, we're gonna train your brain to break that habit

this is gonna be the hard part to swallow but to get out of chronic depression and improve it one tiny iota, it's effectively a situation where you have to fake it till' you make it. It's going to be weeks, possibly a few months, but you're going to slog through doing these things and not necessarily feeling it right away (though for cardio it often will help first time), still feeling miserable but this time without your unhealthy coping mechanisms. It will take months, but if you deny the part of your brain that is addicted to sadness and give positive stimuli to new habits, your brain can and will rewire itself.

Stay strong doomers, I won't say it's easy, but it is possible. You will never be happy 100% of the time, your goal should be to get at a baseline calm.
Best of luck, hail victory, and for more help go to /selfimprovementgeneral/ in /pol/.
