You can buy better stuff (not top tier) if you use a smaller wardrobe. Basically a capsule wardrobe without the autism. Assuming all your clothing *needs* are met, freeze your clothing spending and save up for something expensive like a good jacket or shoes. You can tie together a fit of cheap or thrifted clothing with one good piece that makes the rest of it look nicer.

I want high quality clothes. I can't afford it though, I shop clothes in H&M (no Uniqlo nearby) or thrift stores.
How do I either A) get great clothes for like $30 a piece or less or B) make some easy cash to spend on clothes?
