Don't kill your hopes dude. Those girls aren't really "exclusive" to that kind of workplace, they are just about everywhere. Some may simply hide it because their job imposes a certain uniform and doesn't give them the freedom to wear whatever they like.

You can always visit bars/pubs that promote small gigs and hope to find someone there. That's how I met my girlfriend. I helped her tailor her style a little bit but overall had a decent 80s/comfy kind of vibe.
