it has nothing to do with this nebulous horse shit about objective aesthetics. it's because *the customer* is skinny, and the clothing is made to sell to the label's customer. if buff dudes are underrepresented in high fashion, it's only because there aren't enough of them buying it; and that's ignoring the models popular with brands like mugler.
