ya dont buzz! just short enough to not see curls, for me i can get it at a 2 , you can try a 2 as well and tell her to blend it into the top first. if that isnt good you can do a clear separation

if you wanna keep the curl, i definitely suggest the 2 on sides and back and top the same. would say this should be your goal, minus the retarded bleaching
