/fa/ I love you all but I very much need some advice.
>6ft tall
>Current weight is 150
>Highest weight was 195
>Aiming to become male runway model
>Confident in the face area but struggling on ending binge eating once and for all

What should I do? I'm getting fucked on both ends and I fear that I might struggle to maintain my weight in the future. Anyway, here's my diet.
>0 trans fat
>0 refined carbs
>low sodium
>low sugar
>Good amount of saturated fat
>under 100g of carbs a day, try to aim for under 50 but not a huge deal if I go over.
>High protein, lots of greens
>I don't count calories but I'm sure I'm working on a deficit.
