Lie down in bed with your legs bent up and put a pillow between your thighs (fold it if it's too thin) then squeeze for about 5-10 seconds each time. My thighs don't touch anymore thanks to this and it's really simple and you feel the burn quickly. You can also do it on the ground while doing butt lifts for even better results.
