The slga009. Like every watch, it looks much better IRL. At some angles, it might even look completely white.
There are quite a few small differences between the slgh005 and the slga009 btw. The date window is bigger on the 009, the crown is much prettier in my opinion, too. And the second markers are also different. And another small thing is that, on the 005 (high beat) to the right of the date window, there is a weird black line. They removed it for the 009.
The 005 is very loud, love the dial though but it's just too much for my taste. What's not debatable though is that the 9S movement in it looks a lot better.

But again, you can't go wrong with either.
