They used to say these genes were strictly inherited from your mother. That is complete bullshit. My mom's dad and brother are Type 5 or 6.

I buzzed my hair when I was 15 or so. So when I started balding I already knew what it would look like.

19 and I saw some shit. Everyone said "no man, it's all in your head!11!".

27 now and shit, it's bad as fuck. I haven't shaved for 1.5 weeks to see how bad it is. Literally old man hair.

Alright so ive been balding pretty much since I turned 20. Back then I decided to take action and first went with the buzz cut and then started shaving my head with a disposable razor. It looked good because I combined it with a huge well-maintained beard, but ive gotten bored with it and have let my hair grow out for about 3 months just to see how its gonna turn out. I cant post a photo at the moment but im a mix between 2 and 4 on this chart.

My question is - is there something interesting that I can do with my hair? I dont want to hide the fact that im bald, because it doesnt affect my confidence, but is there a way to make it look good? Ive been thinking about letting it grow and maybe dying it pale/gray-ish blonde as a sort of artsy fuck you but im open to suggestions.
