It hasn't for about 7 or 8 years. Any kind of authority only shows up if something very obviously nsfw is posted; if it's subtle and not obvious from the thumbnail they won't do anything even if it's reported. I guess that's what happens when people who contribute are driven away and Hiro requires people who want to become a janitor to sign a contract.
