I fell for the /fa/ thin meme when I was 16 and came crashing down in weight and wouldn't eat anything close to what I should of been. It's just not worth it. It not sustainable and it's not going to make you feel better.

If you really MUST be skinny, eat healthily and avoid carbs while working out. I know not eating may seem like the solution but it's just not.

This isn't a good idea and will not bring your life clarity or happiness.
