try the acne.org regimen i guess. if it doesn't work for you within 2 months or so, accutane is your permanent solution

water and adjusting your diet a tad may help too.

i took accutane for 4 months and most of my acne was clear, save for scarring and redness. i felt some cystic acne coming back after about 2 months after i quit accutane, so i started the regimen and my skin looks pretty nice, especially since i started using AHA+ and getting rid of the scars
