I too have collected pens, though I've not been as serious about it as in years previous, as my written work has tapered off for the moment and I'm doing more work with a computer.

This is what I've had inked for the past month or so. The platinum version makes for something more easily carried around than the gold.

A good pen is one of those forgotten accouterments as far as such items are discussed on /fa/, though it's heartening to see on those EDC threads that some still carry something with which to write, even if it's just some disposable pilot gel - which is a look in itself (practical, no nonsense ,/g/).

Montblancs in general I'll be honest are pocket jewelry, and thought they can look nice I much prefer my Pelikans for actual writing.
