I wouldn't ask /fa/ for lifting advice, go to /fit/ for that. I don't get why someone would insist on bodyweight exercises, you can achieve the same goals faster with weights.

Just eat "normally" during pregnancy so the baby gets all of the nutrition it needs and lose the weight after you give birth. I'd be more freaked out by the possibility of stretch marks because weight gain is only temporary.
