Well, you wear it, if it's a nice uniform and it's an interesting job or something that you're passionate about. Will look natural on u. For example, military ppl usually look great in military uniforms. It probably arose as a reaction to the super basic all-black fits that were super saturated a year or two ago. 90s revival and w/e is definitely not bad as far as mainstream trends go, we've had much worse

lots of people experiment and change their look v often because riding trends etc is fun. Only a minority have a real 'aesthetic' that they stick with for a long time, and it often resonates with their lifestyle/personality if that's the case
