Probably not, changing bone structure non-surgically is insane and surgical interventions on kids is a nightmare.

However, the stuff the Mews talk about, while not their own original research (Weston-Price), is pretty much legit. Faces lose shape and structure due to lack of or misuse of muscles related to diet and breathing factors, resulting in shapelessness such as pic.

Conclusions drawn however are generally false. For instance, look at Woody Allen. One of the most adenoid faces on the planet. The man drowned in pussy. Plenty of grills with faces like that are also definitely attractive. Meanwhile an overly developed jawline can sometimes look ridiculous. So it's not a simple issue.

TL:DR it's good to understand how biomechanics work WRT facial development and morphology but don't get hung up.
