"They're ok. They're not bad at all. They're also not amazing, either. They sound like a solid middle range set.

External speakers are ok but they are small. They are physically located in the cat ears. You'll get decent sound without clipping or distortion but it won't be booming. Then again no reasonable person would expect them to be.

They're a little heavy but very comfortable. The pads feel nice and fit well around the ears. The headband is comfortable. If you're not used to a heavy hat then it might take a couple of hours before you get used to the weight. I wear a motorcycle helmet when I ride and I wear a hardhat at work with a heavy headlamp so I might not be representative of the average person in that respect.

The lights around your ears glow brilliantly. As do the lights in the car ears. It comes with a decent quality removable microphone.

These are meant to look good and be unique. They stand out, even when looking at other styles of cat ear headphones. They do what they promise to do. They're comfortable and sound good. They are a fashion item but the people who designed them actually tried to make them a functional set of headphones, too.

Take a decent ~$60 pair of headphones, add in ~$40 of style bits and that's these summed up."
