Long hair question

So I'm growing out the top of my hair for a manbun. RIght now i slick it back everyday with gel. I do that cause i don't know how to dry my long hair properly. So to avoid that i just put wax in it after I wash my hair with water.

Right now I'm air drying my hair without using product or hair blower to try it out. I like the natural texture and color. But it still is all way too heavy and wet. How to speed up the hairdry process? I think it will take hours this way..

What kind of six figure+ jobs can I get with hair like this and being muscular?
