do i take these up, or let them be as is? theyre fraying at the cuffs at the moment, but taking them up will have it such that they only touch the top of my shoe when stood up straight. if i lean back, they rise higher, and they go above my ankle if i sit. wearing my outdoors boots for reference in these.

i own only one pair of jeans at this point and they dont fit anymore, so i would hardly be chancing it with those. i also do not own a single pair of sneakers or anything of the sort. closest thing ive got is hiking boots. what i do have however are corduroy and leather boots, think it could be adapted with those? normies are fucking retarded on dress sense anyway where i am, if they had their way id wear a tracksuit or jeans and a tshirt like everyone else.
