Story of my life. There is such little room for fun anymore, by the time I get home I'm ready to go to sleep and if I force myself to stay up and enjoy myself then I feel and look shit the next day, the next week and forever. I hate it :(

When people say shit like "busy isn't an excuse to work out - find time in your schedule" its like sure, the time is there but my physical capacity is not.

But at least I dress nicely
