Does anyone have any recommendations for pants during the winter months? It's very cold and windy where I live and things like denim be leavin a nigga with cold nuts. I might just do thermal base-layers but then my balls get sweaty when I'm inside. water resistance would be nice. I'd like a slimmer silhouette as opposed to something baggy.

My budget is around $200 give or take.
