I usually have 2 meals a day.
I'll eat something like a chicken wrap, or chicken and rice, etc at around 12-1pm.
For dinner, I usually just eat a lot of meat, and some vegetables and potato wedges (if I'm eating at home). If I'm out, I just avoid fried, salty or greasy food.
Then I'll have dessert which is usually some dark chocolate cake.
Avoid sugar, salt as much as possible

How mentally ill is someone considered if they have now broken a window and a mirror on separate occasions because their hair didn't look the way they want?
