What would be a good haircut for someone with a long backhead and slightly pointy chin? Along with having almost straight hair besides my sides that curl when they reach a few cm.

Should I get my sides and back of the head cut shorter? I'm trying to grow it out but my sides curl up when I don't comb it a lot with a hair brush.

I've been trying to get the OP hairstyle for half a year now. I had a really really short haircut back at 29th of August and this is how my hair is now.

My hair grows really slow and I'd think I need atleast 4-5 more months before I can get a semi good bun going :/ The sides are starting to curl way too much too and even if I comb it back with a hair brush, they just jump out after a little amount of time.
