So, I'm new to this whole thing, anorexia and fa in general.
For some background info, I'm 5'3 currently at 125 (2 days ago I was 120, but had a bad binge over the weekend for my birthday.) Bust 36 inches, waist 26.5, hips 35.
I've been under 500 calories a day since about September, though I usually stay within the 300 range. Since September I think I've lost around 20-30 pounds, I can't say exactly because I didn't start actively recording my weight and junk until around Feb.
I've been pretty happy with my results, I know I'm still very new to this so I'm not expecting much yet, but I was curious about if/when I might start seeing any progress in the thigh area. Like, will literally anyone get to "thigh gap"/stick leg status if they go skele enough or are there some body types where it's just basically impossible without some kind of serious holocaust level trauma?
I'll admit, I do not exercise much outside my daily routine of walking around my very mountainous college campus to get to classes and lifting shipment at work, I'm kind of afraid of gaining muscle.
I'm just confused about the thigh area, hear conflicting information. Some say its impossible to change your thighs drastically, others say it is. Do you just have to be born like this to get to say, pic related? Or can I dream?
