I've got some atrophic acne scarring from severe cystic acne in 2015. Certain lighting makes it look like a giant crater in my cheeks, particularly in dark rooms like at concerts or parties. But most of the time, it's hardly or not even noticeable.

I've heard that subcision is a great treatment, but I'm always worried about the off-chance of something going wrong and making everything worse.

If you were in my situation, would you just leave the skin as is? Or would you think it's worth it to pursue treatment?
