also hatch calfskin is a gamble, it's difficult to click properly so you sometimes get awful creasing. with shell that's not an issue

Carmina is also very experienced with shell (around 950€ RTW, 1200€ for MTO)
Bonafe is a master of making shell boots but his are only MTO (like 1500€) which means no returns/refunds. Do not do this.

I would stick with RTW so you can make sure you get the size and fit right.
