Here it begins somewhere in the middle which throws off the proportions. This is plain simply a tailoring mistake.
A lot of new bootleg brands that hop on the sprezz, ghurka, napoli trends that have no actual deep understanding or traditions whatsoever make. They just copy the trends, but have no skilled experienced cutters etc.

That might be an old photo because looking at CommonSuits clothes on their website I can't spot any such errors.
