as for the pants find ones that give your legs a little more room so that your legs don't look like sausages. but you do look like you could stand to lose a good 10-15 pounds. idk maybe its just the picture. go for pants that fit more like pic related

the shoes just look bad imo. i can't think of many fits where these would look good. but the belt and shirt made it seem like you were going for something business casual-y. if you like the skate shoe look i'd recommend just getting some vans old skools. maybe in beige instead of black if you want to avoid looking basic
