She's dressed in what Tarkovsky et al. envisioned would be typical garb of rural Russia, in the future. She's not actually dressed to go to space. She is a manifestation of Kelvin's subconscious, therefore she is not properly equipped for her environment, she merely exists as Kelvin remembers her.

This is a project called Generative Wardrobe by Alex Dodge. The shoes generate electricity with each step via piezoelectric motors. The hood is a "dream interface" that records the wearer's brain waves and heartbeat. The shirt has haptic feedback sensors that can be paired to a device to allow the user to control device functions via gestures and movements.
