Have some inspo. People will probably shit on it because it's "reddit tier" or some dumb bullshit but it's a really solid fit. The colors are all consistent and play well with each other. His denim top probably has sleeves but you can apply this to your fits too

My job doesn't allow streetwear. I try to look smart-casual, or try heritage fits. Nice sweaters and cardigans, button-down shirts, cotton pants, sometimes raw denim jeans, parkas, denim jackets and leather boots. I do have the odd streetwear pieces (Nike sneakers, maharishi cargos and a bomber jacket) but that's for the weekend only. My town's weather is perpetually autumn-like, so I guess it works great.
