I highly recommend Carmina, if that's an option their semi-brogue oxfords are great. Considering you can wear brogues at work, instead of having to be more formal, I would also suggest dark brown instead, unless you have your heart set on black.

For their prices, they really offer a lot of shoe compared to other, more expensive alternatives like Crocket & Jones.
