i've been eating like shit for my entire life, mostly junk foods and snack foods with not much in the way of fruit/veg/healthy foods in general, yet i'm 6ft and 69kgs which is very far from fat despite my shit diet and my huge lack of exercise
i've started to get scared about my health because of this so i'm gonna try and go on a thinspo-y diet, i dont want to build much muscle, i just want to remain skinny while trimming fat from my thighs and stomach, and eat cleaner
gonna try and only drink (1.5-2L a day) water and black coffee, force myself to have brown bread toast every morning, eat mostly fruit during the day, force myself to endure the feeling of hunger, and do 30-60 mins of cardio a day
anyone got any tips for someone like me, just trying to eat healthier and cleaner, and get a little bit more exercise without going full gymlad?
